The JYFL is committed to creating an environment based upon trust and respect from players, coaches and parents. We believe in instilling character, discipline, and selflessness in every young person who comes through our program. We strive to create an equal opportunity for each and every one of our players. We will tirelessly work to help every player succeed at the game of football all while cultivating a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and accountability. We believe in building a solid foundation of the fundamentals of the game of football. Every aspect of our organization is geared toward fostering success on the field, and more importantly, off of the field. It is our hope that every young person who enters our program will develop a lifelong love of football while also learning the skills and values needed to be a successful member of our community.
